Hello from the Flatmates
We are an award-winning bar and restaurant group that creates beautiful venues to make you feel like you’re walking into someone’s home, styling it on a fictional flatshare. We’re best known for throwing weekly house parties, dinner parties and private events.
Our story started ten years ago when we began as a pop-up in Notting Hill. Since then, we’ve opened five amazing, permanent venues across London and won multiple awards, including Best Bar in London by Tatler Magazine and Best Bottomless Brunch by the Evening Standard. We’re incredibly proud of what we have created and would love to show you around!
The Little Yellow Door is based in the heart of West London’s Notting Hill and has become a local hot-spot for great house parties, date nights and weekend brunches. Here, we aim to create an authentic, homely, and unpretentious environment for guests to eat, drink and dance in the setting of an epic house party.
Our Flat
We are a 180 capacity fully-licensed, split-level late night bar and restaurant located in the heart of Notting Hill off the iconic Portobello Road in West London.
License (N.B. All days are available for private hire):
• Sunday to Thursday: 1am
• Friday to Saturday: 2am
Private Hire includes use of a separate sound system and AUX ready connection (smartphone / MP3 player not provided).
The Little Yellow Door Resident DJ available at extra cost.
Full venue hire is available on request.
Living Room & Kitchen
OVERVIEW
Our Living Room and Kitchen area is designed to bring you all the comforts of a party at home, without having to clean up anything afterwards! Full of natural light and vibrant furnishings, the space is ideal for laidback dining and drinking.
This area can be hired privately until 9.30pm or as a full venue hire.

Open plan with a marble top breakfast bar, amazing natural light, foldable French doors and comfy sofas.
LAYOUT
On the right hand side is a long dispense bar styled as a kitchen and French doors beside long breakfast tables. On the left is an open plan living room area with a fireplace, long dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs.

The Flatmates Den
OVERVIEW
Our quirky downstairs party room is an eclectic space with comfy sofas and a colourful retro décor, perfect for events, receptions, parties, special occasions and general late night boogying. You can explore our homely quirks, from the fancy dress box to our Nintendo 64, or dance the night away to our resident DJs! The Little Yellow Door Resident DJ is available at extra cost.

Long bar, comfy sofas, Nintendo 64 with Mario Kart and Goldeneye, HDMI projector, DVD player, fancy dress box, chess and backgammon tables, board games, surround sound with aux connection, full Pioneer DJ set-up with Rekordbox facilities and plenty of space to dance!

Food & Drink
Our packages & menus are designed for large groups to share.
Expect an eclectic selection of tasty bar snacks, mouthwatering burgers, weekend brunches, plus canapés and bowls for special events. Our cocktails are inspired by our DVD collection with a mix of classics and tasty new twists, as well as our famous sharers served in vessels you might find lying around your house like vases and disco balls!
