House Rules

Don’t forget to familiarise yourself with our House Rules below.

  1. Age policy: The Little Scarlet Door is 23+, all other Flats are 21+. We may request physical ID to grant entry.

  2. Hen & Stag policy: no hens or stags at The Little Scarlet Door. Hen parties are welcome at all other flats. No Stag dos across the board.

  3. Due to the nature of our house, seating may include sofas, coffee tables and stools, with a mix of seated and standing space.

  4. Table or area allocation is not guaranteed unless privately hired.

  5. Please book for the correct number of guests, as we may not be able to accommodate changes on the day.

  6. We hold tables for 15 minutes. After this, the space may be released. To guarantee entry to your whole group, everyone should arrive within 20 minutes of the booking time.

  7. Bookings of 10+ for food and brunch are required to pre-order.

  8. Dress code: we love individual style, but not lack of effort. No sportswear (including jerseys, hoodies, or caps).

  9. We only accept mixed gender groups. Entry is at the discretion of our door team and will be refused if guests arrive intoxicated or are drinking outside the venue.

  10. Door charges may apply after 10pm unless you already have a booking. Scarlet Door: £10 (Fri & Sat), Yellow Door: £5 (Fri & Sat), Blue & Orange Door: £5 (Saturday).

  11. Pre-paid bar tabs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used on future dates.

  12. Our flats are all cashless.
