House Rules

Cashless
Our flat is cashless so please bring a card (preferably not an Oyster card)

Age Restrictions
Our flat is 21+ and ID may be required. We may refuse entry if it is not provided.

Guest Numbers
Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests, as we may not be able to adjust numbers later.

Seating
Due to the homely layout of our flat you may be seated in high or low areas (sofas, coffee tables, stalls), with some standing spots. This doesn't apply to 'Brunch' bookings where all guests will have a seat. If you have any concerns about accessibility please get in touch with the team.

Table Allocation
We are unable to guarantee in advance what table or area you'll be booked in to unless you’ve privately hired a space.

Food Orders
For groups of 10 or more, we require a pre-order.

Tab Payment
To keep things moving, all tabs must be settled on one bill per table.

Late Arrival
We have a 15 minute grace period. After this your table may not be guaranteed.

House Party Entry
Your group is guaranteed entry within 20 minutes of your booking. After that, entry can’t be guaranteed.

Door Charge
We charge £5 on the door after 10 PM on Saturdays. Reserved tables, areas, and private rooms are exempt from this charge.

Hens & Stags
Unfortunately we do not allow stag dos, however we can accept Hen Do’s

Group Restrictions
We only accept mixed-gender large groups. Entry is at the discretion of security and management.

Dress Code
We support individuality, but scruffy clothing and sportswear (e.g. jerseys, hoodies, caps) is not allowed and may result in refused entry.

Behaviour
If you're intoxicated or caught drinking while waiting, you may be turned away.

Vaping
No vaping indoors—keep that Elfbar in your pocket!

Booking Extension
We may not be able to accommodate you once your booking has ended.

Non-Refundable Tabs
Pre-paid or pre-agreed tabs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for future visits.
